When will my order ship?

Most orders: 3-5 business days

UH OH! I put in the wrong shipping address!

Please contact us immediately via e-mail at hello@decorbyamanda.com. We will try to accommodate you, but we make no guarantee that we can change it. 

Tracking says my order is delivered but it's not here. What do I do?

We ship all orders with USPS and UPS. If you get an email that says "delivered" but it didn't show up, please wait an additional 3-5 days to see if it arrives. Check your mailbox, check with your neighbors, and around your property. Due to Covid-19, there are shipping delays. If it does not show up, file a missing package claim with the carrier on their websites and reference your tracking number. If you believe your package has been stolen, file a police report with your local police dept. Most packages do show up, so keep checking with neighbors and around the sides and back of your house to make sure it was delivered to the correct location.
