To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged in its original packaging.

Please carefully package fragile items so that they don't arrive to us damaged. Once we receive your unused and undamaged item(s), you will be issued a refund to your original form of payment.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs. There must be a tracking number connected to the returned item(s). Please note: We do not provide return labels, packing slips or pay for return labels on unwanted items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately including photos of damages, via email at hello@decorbyamanda.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch via email if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on seasonal items, sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You are responsible for all shipping costs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When will my order ship?

Do you offer promo codes?

We do periodically. Please make sure to join our mailing list & leave us your email address so that you will never be left out! Take note: our codes can expire at any time and we are not obligated to honor codes that have expired or been inactivated.

Tracking says my order is delivered but it's not here. What do I do?

We ship all orders with USPS and UPS. If you get an email that says "delivered" but it didn't show up, please wait an additional 3-5 days to see if it arrives. Check your mailbox, check with your neighbors, and around your property. Due to Covid-19, there are shipping delays. If it does not show up, file a missing package claim with the carrier on their websites and reference your tracking number. If you believe your package has been stolen, file a police report with your local police dept. Most packages do show up, so keep checking with neighbors and around the sides and back of your house to make sure it was delivered to the correct location.

We ship from our Port Saint Lucie, Florida location.

 

Where are your products made?

We source from all over the world. Most of our home decor is made right here in the USA. Others are made overseas in countries such as: Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, India, Indonesia, Honduras, Canada, Morocco, Netherlands, China

 

What is your return policy?

Decor By Amanda is committed to finding and selling high quality merchandise. We have a 14 day return policy, if you do not love your item(s) you must email us at hello@decorbyamanda.com

 

All return requests must be emailed and RECEIVED WITHIN 1 WEEK OF DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME 

 

Items can be returned within 14 days from date of delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns past 14 days.

What if I received an incorrect item? 

If you received an incorrect item,  please email us at hello@decorbyamanda.com with photos of the incorrect item and we will respond within 48 business hours. You are not responsible for an incorrect item and we will either issue a refund, discount or have you send back the item. DO NOT CALL as this process must take place exclusively through email.  We will not respond to voicemails regarding incorrect items. 

 

What if an item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, we are very sorry!  The only way to report a damaged item is to email us with photos of the damaged item.  Once we review your email, we will either issue a return label to ship the item back or we will issue a full or partial refund. If the item is still in stock we can also send a replacement.

DO NOT CALL as all damage claims must be submitted via email with photos.  We will not respond to voicemails pertaining to returns as this process must be filed exclusively through email. 

We review emails and damage claims Monday-Friday.  Please give us 48 business hours to respond.  

 

Please have integrity and be honest about your returns. If there is a mistake on our end or if an item is damaged in shipping, we will issue a refund, discount or return label. We appreciate your business and want to make sure you're completely satisfied!
